Frequently Asked Questions

Which Immersion Track should we choose?

Choose Governance for public-sector and destination leadership, Hospitality-MICE-Enterprise for private-sector operations and value chains, and Education for faculty, students, curriculum, research, practicum, and internship priorities.

Can one delegation include participants from more than one sector?

Yes. Cross-sector delegations may be accepted when the shared objective is clear. IART will advise whether one Track, a blended module, or separate sector breakouts will produce the strongest result.

Are the Immersions open to individual participants?

The 2026 cohorts are designed primarily for institutional, LGU, DMO, and sector delegations. Individual requests may be considered subject to profile and remaining availability.

How much is the participation fee?

Cohort rates begin at PHP16,000 per participant. Final rates and inclusions depend on the Track, Live Lab™, accommodation, and delegation size.

Does submitting the form confirm our seats?

No. Submission records the reservation request. Seats are confirmed only after IART verifies availability, issues written confirmation, and receives the required payment.

What should an LGU or DMO delegation include?

The strongest delegation combines executive leadership and the offices needed for implementation, including tourism, planning, environment, agriculture, culture, livelihood, enterprise, investment, and resilience.

What should a Hospitality, MICE or Enterprise delegation include?

Include the decision-makers and operational leads who can act on the selected priorities, such as ownership, general management, operations, F&B, events, procurement, sales, sustainability, finance, development, supply chain, or community partnerships.

Can a university register both faculty and students?

Yes. Institutional delegation options are available. The form should state the proposed faculty and student mix so IART can advise the most appropriate arrangement.

What will participants take back?

Each cohort is designed to produce a practical activation direction for governance, operations, experiences, value chains, investment, curriculum, research, practicum, internship, or continued IART engagement.

Who do we contact for registration support?

Email regeneration@iartglobal.com and include the Track, preferred Live Lab™, preferred date, institution or organization, and estimated delegation size.
